This page describes site management modes with reference to the processing of personal data of the users who consult it.

The processing operations relating to the web services of this site are fulfilled at the registered office and are carried out only by technical staff of the Office in charge of such processing, or by persons in charge of occasional maintenance operations.
No data from the web service is communicated or disclosed.
The personal data provided by users who request the sending of informative material (bulletins, CD-ROMs, catalogues, price lists, answers to questions, various acts, etc.) are used only to perform the service or provision requested.
TYPES OF DATA PROCESSED
Navigation data
The computer systems and software procedures used to operate this websiteacquire, during their normal operation, some personal data whose transmission is implicit in Internet communication protocols.
This information is not collected to be associated with identified data subjects, but by its very nature could allow user identification through processing and association with data held by third parties.
This category of data includes IP addresses or domain names of computers used by users connecting to the site, URI (Uniform Resource Identifier) of requested resources, the request time, the method used to submit the request to the server, the size of the file obtained in reply, the numerical code indicating the status of the response from the server (successful, error, etc.) and other parameters regarding the operating system and computer environment of the user.
These data are used only to obtain anonymous statistical information on the use of the site and to check its correct functioning and are deleted immediately after processing. The data could be used to ascertain responsibility in the event of hypothetical computer crimes against the site: except for such possible events, the data on webcontacts do not persist for more than seven days.
Data provided voluntarily by the user
The optional, explicit and voluntary sending of electronic mail to the addresses indicated on this site involves the subsequent acquisition of the sender's address, necessary to respond to requests, and any other personal data included in the message.

Failure to provide them may make it impossible to obtain the requested information.
PROCESSING METHODS
Personal data are processed with automated tools for the time strictly necessary to achieve the purposes for which they were collected.
Specific security measures are observed to prevent loss of data, illicit or incorrect use and unauthorised access.
TRANSFERS TO THIRD COUNTRIES
Any transfers of personal data to a third country outside the European Union or to an international organisation will be made on the basis of the Commission’s adequacy decision or, in the case of transfers under Articles 46, 47 or 49, second paragraph, of the European Regulation, on the basis of appropriate and suitable safeguards.
RIGHTS OF DATA SUBJECTS
The subjects to whom personal data refer have at any time the right to request access to and adjustment of the data, their cancellation, the limitation of their processing, the right to object to their processing, as well as the right to data portability; they also have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority.
