Subject: Privacy practices pursuant to art. 13 D. Lgs. 196/2003, issued by Cifarelli S.p.A. to candidates submitting their curricula via the website


  1. due to reception of your curriculum vitae, our company has collected your general and potentially sensitive personal data;

  2. we hereby specify, in the interest of full disclosure, the following definitions contained in Italian legislative decree D. Lgs. 196/2003:

  6. data processing managers and officers: the data will be processed by the managers and officers of the human resources department and the administrative and payroll division;

  7. rights of the data subject: you benefit from all the rights granted by article 7, which is attached to these information practices in unabridged form and which constitutes an integral and essential part of the same;

  8. data controller: the data controller is Cifarelli S.p.A., with registered offices at Voghera (PV) Italy, Strada Oriolo 180, in the person of its pro tempore legal representative;

These privacy practices can be integrated, either verbally or in writing, with additional elements and indications, to provide the fullest possible response to any further information you may require with regards to data protection and to comply with normative developments.

Art. 7 D. Lgs. 196/2003 (Right of access to personal data and other rights).

  1. The data subject is entitled to confirmation of the existence or inexistence of his or her personal data, even if not yet registered, and is entitled to have access to any such data in an intelligible form.

The data subject is entitled to obtain an indication of: a) the source of the personal data processed; b) the aims and methods of processing; c) the logic applied in the event of processing performed with the aid of electronic instruments; d) the identification details of the data controller, the data managers, and the designated representative pursuant to the terms of article 5, subsection 2; e) the parties or categories of parties to which the personal data may be disclosed or that may become informed of the data in the role of designated representative within the national borders, of managers or officers.

The data subject is entitled to request and obtain: a) updating, correction or, if so required, integration of the data; b) deletion, anonymization or blocking of data processed in violation of the law, including data whose retention is not required in relation to the aims for which the data were collected or subsequently processed; c) the attestation that the operations as at letters a) and b) have been brought to the attention, also with regard to their contents, of the parties to whom the data have been disclosed or diffused, except in the event that such action proves impossible or anyway would require the deployment of resources that are manifestly disproportionate with respect to the protected right.nbsp;

The data subject can oppose, entirely or partly: a) the processing of his or her personal data, even when relevant to the aim of data collection, for legitimate reasons; b) the processing of his or her personal data for the purpose of sending advertising or direct sales material or for the execution of market surveys or commercial communications.
