If you find Cifarelli machines online that do not seem authentic, please report it to us as soon as possible so that we can verify and remove the pages of counterfeit products from the web.
In fact, to take advantage of our company name, counterfeit Chinese copies of our machines have been introduced on the market.
Such copies are of poor quality and extremely dangerous for users.
They have a very limited life and spare parts that are not available, therefore they become almost immediately unusable.
Sometimes they are sold "door to door" by irregular organizations, saying that they are used or stolen machines, but more and more frequently they are found on the web.
For obvious reasons, the Cifarelli sales network will not provide any assistance on these machines.
Our company takes action to protect its rights. It has already obtained seizures and will intervene on all dealers and distributors who will try to resell these machines.
For the best protection of users, so that they are not victims of the scam, we have prepared the instructions for recognizing Cifarelli machines:
The products most subject to imitation are Mist blowers and Shakers.
MIST BLOWERS
Here are the distinctive elements of the L3 and M3 series sprayers:
Serial number and model label
On the fan cover of the L3A or M3A mist blowers, at the bottom left, there is the label with the serial number and the model that identify the machine.
Model: can be L3A or M3A.
Serial number: consisting of 7 characters; nnXnnXX (n identifies a number, X identifies a letter)
Cifarelli Nuvola logo on the tank
The logo "Cifarelli Nuvola" are embossed on the tank band, covered by the adhesive label; you can feel it to the touch under the label (for machines produced since March 2017).
Shoulder straps
The Cifarelli logo is sewn several times on the shoulder straps.
Flywheel
The magnetic flywheel, which is located under the engine cover, has the Cifarelli logo in relief

How to distinguish the copies
Marking on the parts
As you can see from the pictures, Cifarelli equipment is branded in relief on the pieces with our brand. The name on the gears box is particularly important.
Some sellers stick a label on with the counterfeit brand.
Engine
Chinese engine has a displacement of lower power and quality.
Cifarelli utilizes engines with different colour according to the markets; the red engine is only for Spain.
Black engine (patented colour) is for all the other markets.
Our recent engines are equipped with with a gummed, transparent, narrow and long label in relief, while the Chinese engines only have a round label.
Trimmings
The trimmings level, due to the materials and to the working and assembling techniques, is completely different.
Cifarelli's gears box has sanded trimmings, the Chines one has irregular and shiny trimmings.
The plastic parts of Cifarelli shaker result more opaque and better finished, thanks to the resistant materials and mould used, while the Chinese one are made with materials and mould of lower quality and bad trimmings.
Turner
Cifarelli shaker is equipped with an inside turner made with a special technology that resulted difficult to be copied by the Chinese, which have been obliged to use an external turner, very dangerous for its position.
The turner is situated near the exit of the gears box, to the staff connection.
