Your data will not be disseminated under any circumstances; f) persons authorised to process your data: your data will be processed exclusively by a limited number of company employees of the administrative, marketing, commercial sector and by the data centre, specifically authorised for this purpose; g) automated decision processes (e.g. profiling): automated decision processes are not managed in any way; h) rights of the data subject: you enjoy all the rights ratified by the European Regulation 2016/679, such as the right to request access to and rectification of your personal data, their deletion, the restriction of their processing, the right to object to their processing, as well as the right to data portability. You also have the right to lodge complaints with the supervisory authority; i) transfers to third countries: any transfers of personal data to a third country outside the European Union or to an international organisation will be made on the basis of the Commission’s adequacy decision or, in the case of transfers under Articles 46, 47 or 49, second paragraph, of the European Regulation, on the basis of appropriate and suitable safeguards; j) data storage period: data will be stored for the period strictly necessary to meet the requirements of the data subject or pursuant to the provisions of the laws in force or of any contractual clauses; k) data controller: the data controller is Cifarelli S.p.A., with registered office in Voghera (PV), Strada Oriolo no. 180, in the person of its temporary legal representative; l) data protection officer: the data protection officer is Mr. Juri Torreggiani, with studio located in Reggio Emilia, Via Piccard n. 16/G, tel. 0522/30.11.69, fax 0522/38.79.96: any request for clarification or information may be addressed to the data protection officer.
